We start the day by serving Norwegian open-faced sandwiches, ice cream, cakes from the patisserie, bubbly, mineral water, tea and coffee from 10:00.

The hotel's popular May 17th buffet consists of a large selection of traditional hot and cold dishes, sushi, tapas, salads, cheese, desserts, homemade confectionery and cakes from the hotel's patisserie, coffee and tea.
Table setting at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Price NOK 695 for adults, NOK 295 for children 6 - 14 years and free for children 0 - 5 years. Great surprises for the children!
A la carte, snacks and pizza in Hollenderiet Brasserie and on the balcony
We serve a la carte, snacks, drinks, sandwiches, pizza and a children's menu in the hotel's informal dining venue Hollenderiet Brasserie & Bar from 1:00 p.m.
